2. Booking and Payment

  1. How to Book
    • Bookings can be made online at our website or by contacting us directly.
    • You must provide accurate contact information and any required details for all participants.
  2. Pricing & Payment
    • All prices are as displayed at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable.
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
    • We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods indicated on our website.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. By You
    • You may request to cancel or reschedule a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
    • Rescheduling: Subject to availability; no additional fee for a one-time reschedule.
    • Cancellation: A full refund will be issued if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  2. By Us
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, weather, safety concerns).
    • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund and Returns Policy

  1. General Refund Period
    • Our refund and exchange period is 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges can be offered after this period.
  2. Eligibility
    • To be eligible for a return or refund, any physical merchandise purchased from us must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
  3. Non-returnable Items
    • Perishable goods (e.g. food, drink)
    • Intimate or sanitary items
    • Hazardous or flammable materials
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items
  4. Partial Refunds
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items showing signs of use, items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  2. Code of Conduct
    • All participants must follow staff instructions, wear provided safety equipment, and use Nerf equipment as directed.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service or expel any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
  3. Damage to Property
    • You may be held financially responsible for any wilful damage to our premises or equipment.
